Provider SMS alert privacy notice

Effective October 12, 2026. This notice covers the optional operational texts sent by Gunn Law PLLC / Divorce Coach Live to its provider. Clients and website visitors are not enrolled in this SMS program.

Information used

We use the provider's enrolled mobile number, opt-in or opt-out keywords, message content, and delivery information to operate and troubleshoot the alert program. Twilio processes this information to transmit messages and manage standard messaging controls. The site's private intake and scheduling systems may trigger an alert, but the SMS itself does not include client names, legal issues, conflict results, or payment information.

Use and sharing

We use this information only for operational alerts, delivery, troubleshooting, security, and compliance. We do not sell, rent, or transfer mobile numbers or messaging consent, use them for marketing, or share text-message opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own purposes. Twilio acts as our messaging service provider solely to process the program. No third party receives permission to market to the enrolled number from this consent.

Retention and choices

We keep the enrolled number while the provider uses the program and retain records as reasonably needed for operations, compliance, and applicable legal obligations. Twilio retains its own message and consent records under its applicable policies. The provider can reply STOP to withdraw from future texts, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where permitted. We may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request.
