Provider SMS alert terms

Effective October 12, 2026. Gunn Law PLLC operates Divorce Coach Live and this optional, non-marketing SMS program for its provider. These terms apply only to operational alerts sent to the provider's enrolled mobile number, not to client communications or legal services.

Enrollment and content

The provider enrolls by texting START from the receiving phone to +1 (866) 552-9358 after reviewing the opt-in details. Alerts may be sent after a valid conflict-check submission or confirmed appointment. They prompt the provider to review the private dashboard and do not contain client names, legal issues, conflict results, or payment details. No marketing texts are sent under this program.

Frequency, costs, and delivery

Message frequency varies with site activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carrier and service conditions may delay or prevent delivery; an SMS is supplemental and is not a guaranteed notice of a client request or appointment. The provider must review the private dashboard independently.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@talkdivorcecurious.com. To resume after opting out, text START. Enrollment is optional and can be withdrawn without affecting website access or legal services.
